Jennie Lee
​
Jennie is a workplace investigator with over 25 years of experience handling employment matters on behalf of employers. She and her team of employment attorneys regularly serve as neutral investigators conducting workplace investigation on matters such as alleged harassment, discrimination, retaliation, disability accommodation issues, bullying/unprofessional conduct, performance issues, discipline and wrongful terminations. Jennie and the attorneys in her firm also respond to agency charges and provide legal advice to clients on labor and employment issues.

Prior to starting her own firm, Jennie worked at Allen Matkins Leck Gamble Mallory & Natsis LLP for over 10 years. Jennie represented employers in state and federal courts and before administrative agencies in a broad range of employment matters including discrimination, sexual harassment, disability discrimination and accommodation issues, wrongful discharge, retaliation, defamation, and wage and hour claims. Jennie handled all aspects of litigation from onset to conclusion, including handling depositions, summary judgment hearings, and trials.
Jennie also served as in-house counsel at PG&E where she was lead attorney on labor and employment law matters, subpoenas, and immigration. She first chaired labor arbitration matters as well as represented the company in civil matters. She took and defended depositions, drafted pleadings and conducted discovery and investigations. She drafted responses to demand letters and agency charges. Her responsibilities also included being the point person for the company’s internal EEO investigation unit and providing training and counseling for its internal investigators.
Jennie also represents employers in corporate immigration matters. She has extensive experience in obtaining non-immigrant work visas, such as H-1B and L-1 visas, and employment-based immigrant visas for management, professional, and specialized skill employees. She also represents clients in U.S. Department of Labor audits and immigration-related litigation.

Education and Credentials
Jennie received her J.D. from Loyola University of Chicago Law School. She received her B.S. from the University of San Francisco. She is admitted to practice before the California and Washington Bars.

Suzanne Nestor
​
Suzanne is an experienced labor and employment attorney with over 20 years of practice. She focuses on employee complaint and misconduct investigations and administrative agency charges. Suzanne has extensive experience in providing advice and counseling, including in-house support, regarding employee relations issues, administrative charges, leaves of absence, issue identification and redress, policy development and implementation, wage and hour compliance, performance management, reductions in force, and e-discovery compliance.
Suzanne has extensive knowledge and experience in strategizing and partnering with in-house counsel and HR regarding developing protocols for timely, thorough and legally compliant investigations and preparing investigation documentation.

Prior to joining the firm, Suzanne worked at Littler Mendelson for over 12 years as an Associate and Special Counsel. While at Littler, Suzanne represented and counseled employers in connection with all types of employment matters arising under federal and state law, including but not limited to claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and labor code violations. She also represented and counseled management clients in connection with breach of contract claims, administrative claims, and human resources policies and practices.

Suzanne received her J.D. from Pepperdine University School of Law. She received her B.S. in psychology from the University of California, Santa Barbara. ​ She is admitted to practice before the California Bar. ​
